GBPJPY REVERSAL SETUP: QuantFlow Dynamics Spots the Next BIG Move | Liquidity Sweep & Demand Zone

Oct 4
2 min read

📊 QuantFlow Dynamics GBP/JPY Analysis

The dominant move is currently bearish. Price has fallen sharply from the 218–219 supply zone and is now testing a significant demand area around 207.30–208.30.

What makes the current area interesting is the cluster of SWEEP TRACE signals around the lows. That suggests liquidity has been taken below recent lows, but we still need confirmation that buyers are actually taking control.

🟢 BEST SETUP — LONG ON CONFIRMATION

Buy zone: 207.30–208.00

I would not simply buy because price has entered demand. The higher-quality QuantFlow entry would be:

Liquidity sweep → rejection of demand → bullish candle/structure break → LONG

A particularly strong signal would be price dipping toward 207.30 / 206.88, sweeping the low, then closing back above 208.00.

Potential trade structure

Entry: 207.50–208.00 after bullish confirmation Stop: Below 206.80 TP1: 209.30 TP2: 210.00–210.30 TP3: 211.00–212.00

The first objective is the recent cluster of sell/sweep activity around 209–210.

🔴 Alternative SHORT Setup

There is also a very clear bearish continuation setup.

If GBPJPY rallies into:

209.30–210.00

and QuantFlow Dynamics produces another SWEEP TRACE + bearish rejection, I would look for a short.

Potential targets:

TP1: 208.00TP2: 207.30TP3: 206.88

A sustained break below 206.88 would significantly weaken the bullish reversal scenario.

🔥 QuantFlow Dynamics Verdict

The key level is 207.30–208.00 demand.

The chart is effectively saying:

Don't chase the sell-off. Wait for the liquidity sweep inside demand and look for confirmation of a reversal.

🟢 Preferred setup

207.30–208.00 → liquidity sweep → bullish confirmation → LONG

🔴 Alternative

209.30–210.00 → bearish rejection → SHORT

My preferred opportunity is the LONG from demand, but only after confirmation. The current price around 208.55 is slightly too high within the demand zone to offer the cleanest risk/reward entry.
